Flowers I encountered along my walk. I painted them as if I was recording the changing flowers of the seasons. The language of flowers has given me imagination, and the colors and shapes of the flowers have revealed a mysterious world to me. I hope you enjoy this world. (Yuko Kawashima)
We are pleased to present the second solo exhibition of Kutani Porcelain artist Yuko Kawashima, two and a half years after her first solo exhibition. The exhibition will feature her works featuring floral motifs that received a good evaluation at her last solo exhibition, a combination of flowers and female motifs, and her building series, one of her standard works, to see how she has changed over the past two and a half years. About 70 pieces of sake cups, cups, vases, etc. will be exhibited. We look forward to welcoming you.
