Taro Kawano Exhibition

We will  hold a solo exhibition by Taro Kawano, who creates works themed around “forest” using metalworking techniques in Komatsu city, Ishikawa Prefecture. Forests give us both positive and negative aspects, such as irreplaceable peace and paralyzing fear. There are several resonances and numerous boundaries between people and forests. There are many things that have been lost until now, and we live on them today. The works on display were born from accepting these contradictions and searching for something beyond the times, beyond conflict and even symbiosis. We hope you will take a look.
