Michiko Sugihara & Yuma Takahashi Two Person Exhibition

Ms. Michiko Sugihara creates works using patterned glass parts called “Murrine”.
Yuma Takahashi creates colorful lacquer ware using a technique of lacquering with different colors of lacquer.
This is an exhibition of a married couple, a glass artist and a lacquer artist working in Ishikawa Prefecture.
In this exhibition, they plan to display about 80 pieces, including their collaborative works, about 20 glass lids and figurines made by Mr. Sugihara and about 60 lacquer sculptures, sake cups, vessels, and small articles made by Mr. Takahashi.
