Anzu Fuwa Exhibition

We are pleased to present a solo exhibition by textile artist Fuwa Anzu, whose works explore themes of prayer and aspiration through the wax-resist dyeing technique. Approximately 25 pieces will be featured, including hanging works, tapestries, fukusa (silk cloth for purifying tea utensils), kofukusa(small silk cloth), coasters, and Japanese-style accessories. You can also see works she began creating after the earthquake that struck her family home in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture, on January 1, 2024. We hope you will take this opportunity to visit.
